Visitors should not have to wait for office hours to learn about your services or leave a useful enquiry. Give them a helpful first response built around information you approve.
We build your complete agreed website chatbot in a private review environment. Test its answers, lead capture and handoff rules before deciding whether to pay. Requests are open now.
A tangible result
Here’s what the work includes.
A chatbot on the agreed business website, styled to match your brand
Answers grounded in approved FAQs, services and business information
Clear disclosure that visitors are speaking with an AI assistant
Lead capture with agreed consent wording and required fields
Routing to the agreed inbox, CRM or enquiry destination
A clear handoff when a visitor needs a person or an answer is uncertain
Answer rules, a test record and an operating guide for content updates
Define “done” together
Work you can inspect.
Test the completed chatbot with common questions, missing information, ambiguous requests and attempts to push it outside the approved scope. We check mobile and desktop use, keyboard access, lead capture, duplicate submissions, failed connections and handoff messages.
We verify that the chatbot identifies itself as AI, uses approved information and has a defined response when it cannot answer. Testing records known limitations; it does not make every future answer correct.
You receive private review access and the test record. Passing the checks does not create a purchase obligation: you choose whether to accept the completed build.
Passing tests is not your buying decision.
You still decide whether you like the finished result. Neither opening the build, completing a test, nor letting time pass authorizes a charge.
Scope, price, and what happens next
No guesswork at the handover.
We agree the full scope and build fee before starting. Review the complete functional chatbot, then choose whether to accept it. Pay the build fee only if you like and explicitly accept the result. If you decline, no build fee is due.
REVIEW & APPROVAL
See the whole thing. Then choose.
Your written scope sets the review window and included refinements. Corrections to agreed features that fail completion checks are handled separately. Testing, review access and silence do not count as acceptance.
There is no build deposit or required new purchase to review the completed build. Agreed pre-decision build and testing costs are covered. Hosting, subscriptions, model usage and optional care are explained separately before work starts.
Evaluation access is for review. Agreed handover and production use follow explicit acceptance and payment. If you decline, your supplied materials remain yours and review access ends under the agreed process.
Before you decide
A few useful answers.
Is this the same as an AI receptionist?
This offer is a text chatbot for your website. Our AI Receptionist focuses on phone calls and call handling. We agree any connection between channels separately.
What happens if it does not know an answer?
It should say it cannot answer from the approved information and offer the agreed contact or handoff route. We test that behaviour before launch.
Can it send enquiries to our CRM?
Yes, when the CRM supports the agreed connection. We check permissions, required fields and any account-tier costs before accepting the build.
Can we update the answers ourselves?
We provide the agreed content-update process and operating guide. New integrations, channels or materially different behaviour can be scoped separately.
Do we pay before trying it?
No build fee is due before your decision. We agree scope and price first, then you review the completed chatbot privately. Launch and handover follow your explicit acceptance and payment.
What if we decide not to buy?
You owe no build fee. The chatbot is not published or handed over for continued use, and your supplied materials are handled under the agreed return or removal process.
